For my card today, I used a few different sets of dies, and the cute little Frankenstein from Meoples Hallo-weenies... I figured this might be my last chance to squeeze in one more Halloween card! ;)
Copics:
Skin - YG17, YG25, YG03, YG01, YG21
Cheeks - R30
Shirt - V06, V15, V12, V01
Shoes, Hair - 100, T7, T6, T5
Shorts, Bolts - T5, T4, T3
I am LOVING the size of these dies!!! They are bigger than most set I have, and that makes them great for creating card bases! I used the largest Pinky Rectangles Die with Bazzill Licorice Twist Card Shoppe cardstock for my base. The patterned paper are all from the Doodlebug October 31st 6x6 Pad, and are cut with different sizes of the Rectangles #1 Dies. My cute Frankie is colored with Copics, and cut out with one of the Ovals #1 Dies. I even made a fun little zig-zag border using the edges of the largest Pinky Rectangles.

Pumpkin Everything!!
Today is Feature Day at Your Next Stamp... once a month we feature a variety of YNS stamps and dies based on a given theme.
This time, our theme is Fall!!
When I think of fall, I think PUMPKINS!
Pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, pumpkin spice scented candles, pumpkin spice lattes, jack-o-lanterns, roasted pumpkin seeds... I could go on and on!
Instead, I made a card to represent my favorite part of fall... :)
I did some masking to stamp the three pumpkins from Halloween Cuties into a cluster, and colored them with Copics. Then I combined pieces of two different sentiments to create the one I wanted for my card... "pumpkin" is from Ghostly Greetings, and stamped in Memento Tangelo Ink, and "everything" is from Scripty Words and stamped with Versafine Onyx Ink. I also used a variety of YNS dies for the layers on my card... Stitched Squares Dies, Stitched Rectangles Dies, Circles Dies, and Fishtail/Banner Die Set One. Patterned papers are from the Doodlebug Fall Friends 6x6 pad.
Copics:
Pumpkins - YR18, YR15, YR12, YR00, Y35
Stems, Ground - E57, E55, E31
Leaves - YG17, YG25, YG03
Head on over to the YNS Blog for lots of Fall inspiration!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Sparkle and Shine
It's time for our monthly Design Team DARE at Your Next Stamp!!
This month, we have been "dared" to create something that will
Sparkle and Shine!
What a fun theme, and I knew right away what I wanted to make!
I have this awesome candy cane stripe glitter paper from DCWV, and I thought it would look so pretty paired with the new Gingerbread Man Die Set!
I made a little box... I followed this tutorial to make a gable box, but instead of using the top flaps to create a handle, I just tucked all the flaps inside to reinforce the sides of the box. Then, I used my glittery paper to wrap around the box, and added a cute border with the Skinny Scallop Border Die.
I tucked a bag full of peppermints into the box, tied it off with a bow, and added the cute little Gingerbread Man to the top with a mini clothes pin.
Isn't he the CUTEST?!
I used a couple of Black Gumdrops for his eye, and some Candy Land Glittered Gumdrops for his gumdrop buttons. :)
The little squiggles of frosting are covered in Lily White Fine Glitter from Doodlebug... it got a bit messy, but it still turned out pretty cute!
To finish him off, I just added some rosey cheeks with my RV10 Copic Marker.
Such a sweet, simple, and SPARKLY gift, don't you think? :)
Be sure to check out the glittery goodness from the rest of the team over on the YNS Blog!
(and if you leave a comment while you're there, you'll be entered to win this month's prize... a YNS Stamp Set of your choice! Just sayin'...)

YNS October 2015 New Release Blog Hop!!

You've waited long enough, don't you think?
The Your Next Stamp October New Release is here!!!
And what would a new release be without an amazing Blog Hop full of inspiration and even a PRIZE!
I'm featuring two very cute sets today... first up is Pajamas All Day... love this sweet image!!
The chair is paper pieced, and I used just part of one of the sentiments in the set. I've also used the new Stitched Banner Dies, and the Stitched Squares Dies.
Copics:
Bunny - C0, C00, R30, R000
Bear - E43, E42, E41, R30
PJ's - B91
Next up is a new set called Cup of Cheer... coffee, cocoa or tea, whatever your favorite hot beverage, this set has it covered! Not to mention the ADORABLE itty bitty marshmallows!!!
I did a little bit of masking to get the marshmallows to "float" in the hot chocolate, and for the mug to sit on the plate. After I colored the image, I decided to add an extra little marshmallow hanging out on the plate. :)
I used several stitched dies on this card... the Stitching Marks - Circles created the frame around the image, and the main panel is cut with the Stitched Rectangles. Then I added strips of patterned paper cut with the Scrapworks - Strips Dies, and popped the image up above. The sentiment is surrounded with White Sugar Gumdrops.
Copics:
Mug - R89, R39, R37, R35, R32
Cocoa - E25, E23, E31
Cheeks - R30
Now, I did mention a PRIZE, didn't I?
All you have to do is leave a comment on each of the blogs along the hop for your chance to win a $25 YNS Gift Certificate!

Sew Cute Sneak Peek!
It's sneak peek time at Your Next Stamp!!
The October New Release Blog Hop is just around the corner, but before we get started, the design team is sneaking you some peeks of what's to come!
I've used an awesome new stamp set on my card... Sprinkles - Sew Cute.
My family has had many generations of talented seamstresses, and I do a little bit of sewing myself, so it's fun to have these two crafts combined in this stamp set!
There are a lot of elements in this set, and rather than using one of the images as my focal point, I used one of the sentiments included in the set. It is stamped onto a YNS Circle Die, and edged with the YNS Stitching Marks - Circles Dies.
I stamped the spool of thread from the set a couple of times onto kraft cardstock, then cut it out, removing the loose thread and needle that are part of the image. Then I used some Sew Easy Floss in two different shades of Aqua, and wrapped each spool with "thread". The papers are from the Simples Stories We Are Family 6x6 pad, and I used the Tiny Stitches Stitched Line Die to add stitched detail to the edge of each layer.
The spools of thread are popped up just below the sentiment, and I used a teeny-tiny piece of scor-tape to hold down the loose ends of the floss.
Be sure to check out the YNS Blog for links to all of the designers that have a sneak peek for you!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
