I'm super excited to be joining my first ever Tiddly Tuesday as part of the Tiddly Inks Design Team!
I have wanted to try out for this team for YEARS... seriously! I've watched many DT calls come and go, but it was never the right timing... until now!!
Big thanks to Christy Croll for this awesome opportunity! Pretty much a dream come true! :)
The first Tuesday of every month is the start of a new challenge at Tiddly Inks, and this month is

Tubing!
It's my turn to share for the YNS Summer Series today! Each day for 10 days, the YNS team is bringing you summer fun! We are already on Day 8, so have a look back at the YNS Blog to make sure you haven't missed anything!
For my summery project, I've created a cute little 6x6 scrapbook layout for one of my family's favorite summer activities... tubing on the river!
I love scrapping in this size for a lot of reasons... The bigger size pages tend to overwhelm me, and these 6x6 pages feel more like a card surface, so they are a little less intimadating to take on for someone (me) who is more of a cardmaker than a scrapbooker. I've also discovered that I'm not the best at taking photos... I'm lucky to remember to snap one or two photos during a fun time, so I end up with less pictures to work with for a memory. Also... they are just CUTE! I love how these little 6x6 pages look framed! :)
I colored up Waddles in his tube from the Waddles - Beach Day Set. Doesn't he make the perfect embellishment for the page?!
I paired him with some navy wave paper from the Seas the Day 6x6 Paper Pad, and some orange dot paper from one of my Doodlebug pads. I created the title for the page by cutting letters from the Bold Alpha Dies, and stamping a sentiment below it from the Learning is Fun Stamp Set. Now I just need to pop a picture onto the white mat, and I'm done!
Copics:
Waddles - T7, T5, T3, T2, T1
Beak - Y38, Y35, Y32
Cheeks - R30
Tube - YR07, YR04, Y38, Y35, Y32, E50
I hope you are enjoying our Summer Series!
Now head on over to the YNS Blog to see how you can be entered to win a YNS Gift Certificate!

Coffee and Fridays
It's my turn to share some June New Release inspiration over on the YNS Blog today!
I combined two of the new sets to make my card (Cool Tees and Coffee Cuties) and used some paper from the Crazy For Coffee 6x6 Pad. I think it's so much fun!
Supplies: Hammermill 80# Color Copy Cover, Hot Fudge 100# CS, Doodlebug Hello Sunshine 6x6 Paper,
YNS Crazy for Coffee 6x6 Paper, YNS Mocha Ink, Versamark Ink, White Embossing Powder, Twine, Foam Adhesive, Copics
I stamped the silly coffee mug using my YNS Mocha Ink Pad, colored him with Copics, and cut him out with the Cool Tees Die Set. He is popped up next to the sentiment from Coffee Cuties (also stamped in Mocha) but with the word "FRIDAY" from the Cool Tees Set popped up over the end of the sentiment. I've also used the Stitched Oval Dies and Stitched Rectangle Dies.
Copics:
Mug - W3, W1, W0, W00
Coffee - E49, E47, E44
Tongue - R85, R83, R81
Eyes - BG0000, C00
I hope the rest of your weekend is fabulous!

You're So Cool
Today is my little guy's birthday, and the kiddo loves penguins! When I saw the Penguin Poop stamp set from Whimsy Stamps, I just had to have it! It was perfect for his birthday card!
The inside reads "if you were any cooler you'd be a PENGUIN!"
Supplies: Hammermill 80# Color Copy Cover, Colorbok Blue Cardstock, Doodlebug Hip HIp Hooray 6x6 Pad,
Lawn Fawn Cloud Dies, Foam Adhesive, YNS Black Olive Ink, Copics, Multiliner
I stamped the balloon nice and high, so his eyes were pointed up toward that, and then drew in the string with my Copic Multiliner.
Copics:
Penguin - T1, T0, C00
Beak, Feet - YR04, Y38, Y35, Y32
Eyes - BG000, BG0000, C00
Balloon - BG45, B01, B000, BG000, BG0000
Ground - T2, T1, T0
I'm entering my card in this week's Global Design Project (Balloons) and the current Freshly Made Sketches... I rotated the sketch for a vertical card. :)
That's all for now.

Just Ducky!
Happy Saturday!
I've been doing a lot of coloring with my Prismacolor Pencils on kraft lately... I just love how it turns out!
Today, I have a cute card I made with Ducky Dance Wryn from Tiddly Inks.
Supplies: Neenah Desert Storm 80# Cardstock, Hammermill 80# Color Copy Cover, Doodlebug Dot-Grid-Daisy-Stripe 6x6 Paper,
Versafine Ink Pad, Enamel Dots, Foam Adhesive, YNS Stitched Rectangle Die Set, Prismacolor Pencils
I paired her with some simple yellow grid paper from the Doodlebug Dot-Grid-Daisy-Stripe 6x6 Pad. And, I found the perfect sentiment in my stash from the old C.C. Designs Rainy Day Sentiments set.
Isn't she just beautiful on kraft?!?
Thank so much for stopping by, and I hope your day is just ducky!! :)
