I struggled a bit with this sketch... mostly because I printed the image, and already had her colored in before I realized she was a little big for the focal point on the card. So, I had to squish in the other elements of the sketch to get it all to fit!

     

I did the out-of-the-box technique on her hands, so it would look like she's peeking out of the picture. The sentiment is from My Favorite Things Pure Innocence Picture Perfect.

I've used the *new* Smarty Pants clear set today, along with an oldie but goodie, Spectacular. I made a simple card that will make a great little lunch box note for one of the kiddos. The notebook paper was made by stamping the lines in Memento Summer Sky Ink, and the sentiment was done with Tuxedo Black and Ladybug Memento Inks. This cutie was colored with Copics, and her dress and accessories are paper pieced. The cute school themed paper is from the Echo Park Paper & Glue 6x6 pad.
