Your Next Stamp September New Release Blog Hop!

Hello and welcome to the September Your Next Stamp New Release Blog Hop! We have some spooktacular new stamps and dies to share with you this month, and they are available NOW at the YNS Store! We would love for you to hop along with us for your chance to win one of these adorable new sets:

The hop begins on Jen's Blog, and if you've been following along, then you should have arrived from Kerri's Blog. You have until Wednesday, September 25th at 12am (EST) to leave comments on all of the Design Team Blogs for your chance to win! Karen will announce the winners on the YNS Blog on Thursday, September 26th.
For my projects today, I've used two of the new clear sets. First up is Mommy To Be (which I gave you a little sneak peek of yesterday). How totally cute is that baby bump!? She is colored with Copics, and fussy cut. I've also used the scalloped border die from the Must Have Borders Die Set 1, and the sentiment is stamped onto a banner from the Banner/Fishtail Die Set.

Sketch Saturday #277
**FOR MY YNS SNEAK PEEK, CLICK HERE OR SCROLL DOWN**
It's my 3rd week as this month's Guest Designer for Sketch Saturday, and I am having a blast!
There is a great sketch to use this week, and one lucky winner will receive a gift certificate from our sponsor, Bunny Zoe's Crafts!
I was happy to ink up one of my neglected stamps this week, Pure Innocence Birthday Girl. She is colored with Copics to match this pretty paper from the My Mind's Eye Memorable 6x6 pad. I paper-pieced her dress, and added a little shading so it wouldn't look too flat. Then I did a quick hand-stitched border to finish it off.

Supplies: Hammermill White CS, Neenah Desert Storm CS, MME Memorable 6x6, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink,
Ribbon, Paper Piercer, White Quilting Thread, Copics
Copics:
Skin - E11, E00, E000, E0000, R30, R000
Hair - E47, E44, E43, E41
Balloon - R85, R83, R81, RV000
Grass - YG95, YG93, YG91
Shoes - 100, T7, T5, T3
Shading on Dress - T2, T1, T0
Now head over to the Sketch Saturday Blog for inspiration from the talented Design Team, including my friend Debra Miller, who has recently taken on the role of Design Team Coordinator! Congrats, Deb!!
That's all for today!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

YNS Fun Friday - Thinking of You!
It's Friday, and that means it's time for the YNS Design Team to bring you more inspiration for this month's Fun Friday Challenge! We've got a great sketch and inspiration photo for you to play along with this month, so be sure to check out all the details at the YNS Challenge Blog!
I've used a new-to-me set called Autumn Greetings. These are older stamps that used to be available in rubber, but Karen retired them, and brought them back as clear stamps! I am loving the clear stamps, and I think this cute little flower might be a new favorite! It's a great any occasion type of stamp. Here, I've paired it with a sentiment from the Springtime Scene set (stamped on a banner from the YNS Fishtail/Banner Dies), for a simple "thinking of you" card.

Supplies: Hammermill White CS, Bazzill Banana Split CS, Neenah Desert Storm CS, October Afternoon Sidewalks 8x8,
Brilliance Graphite Black Ink, Button, Jute Twine, Paper Piercer, Copics
Copics:
Flower Petals - Y38, Y17, Y15, Y13, Y11
Flower Center - E37, E35, E33, E31
Cheeks - R20
Stem, Leaves - YG17, YG25, YG03, YG01
Now head over to the YNS Challenge Blog to see more eye candy from the Design Team. This challenge will end on October 3rd, so you only have a couple more weeks to jump in and play!
That's all from me for today!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Tuesday Morning Sketch #216
It's Tuesday and that means it's time for a new sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches!
Here's a look at the sketch, designed by Melissa...

Don't you love it!? And you will love our sponsor this week... Raisin Boat is back... a very unique company that offers their sets not just for purchase, but you can rent sets from them too! And, they generously sent the team stamps to work with! I received You Are My Sunshine... a whimsical floral set with some cute sentiments.
I struggled a little here... I don't do a lot with florals, and then trying to make the set work with the sketch had me stumped. I decided to use one of the large flowers in the set to create a background, and use a sentiment for the focal point. Yup... completely out of the norm for me, and I didn't even use my Copics!

Supplies: Hammermill White CS, Wausau Black CS, Bazzill Whirlpool CS, Versamark Ink, Palette Noir Ink,
Rectangle and Scalloped Rectangle Nesties, Button, Ribbon, TAC Joyful Notes Sentiment
The sentiment is from an old Angel Company set, now available from Red Rubber Designs called Joyful Notes.
Now head on over to the Tuesday Morning Sketches Blog to check out the line up from the team!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
