A fun theme, just in time for creating some sweet Valentine's Day cards!

I colored up an adorable new image that just arrived in the store... Cuthbert Heart.

I found this heart print paper and matching cardstock in my scrap bin, and put them to good use! I tried to give Cuthbert a soft, pastel-ish coloring job, but I think the heart came out a bit too dark...

I had the pleasure of coloring up the amazing Giraffe Rubber Stamp for my card today... what a fun image to color!! I kept the card as clean and simple as I could, because I wanted this beauty to be the star of the show! I even debated about whether or not to sponge in a sky or some sort of background, but I was worried it would take away from the image... I hope you like what I did!

Alright crafty friends... it's time for the Your Next Stamp Fun Friday Sketch and Color Challenge #6!!

I colored up another cute truck from the Keep on Trucking set, and used the sketch to create a very clean and simple card. I stamped the sentiment from the set into the corner of the main panel, and added the stitching detail to the edges using the Tiny Stitches Stitched Line Die.

I have had this card on my desk for about 2 weeks... I've tried to photograph it at least a dozen times, and I'm just not happy with the outcome.

I had better luck today than my previous attempts, but I've decided that my camera does not like a lot of red on a card! :P

This adorable little thing is Spot and she was part of this month's release at C.C. Designs. Don't you LOVE her?! I'm a sucker for any cutie with glasses!

I've colored her with Copics, and added some Wink of Stella Clear Glitter to her wings and Glossy Accents to her glasses.

And that beautiful pierced oval die... (SWOON!)... is part of the new Make A Card Die Set #2. I LOVE it! I stamped on a sentiment from the new Pollycraft Valentine Sentiments set, and tied a bit of Black Burlap String across the card.
