Piggy Love
Happy Monday!
I'm up on the Whimsie Doodles Blog today sharing my latest Doodlelicious Diva card... have you seen this month's New Releases yet?? This adorable piggy is my favorite of the bunch!
I made a simple card with him today... he is colored with Copics then surrounded with some vellum and carstock clouds cut from my Your Next Stamp Puffy Clouds Die. The sentiment is from a brand new company called Paperie Ink, from the Stinkin' Love stamp set. I finished off the edges of the card with my YNS Tiny Stitches Stitched Line Die.
Supplies: Hammermill White CS, Neenah Desert Storm CS, My Mind's Eye My Girl 6x6, Versafine Onyx Ink,

Pig - R02, R01, R00, R000, R0000

Your Next Stamp February New Release!

Welcome to the Your Next Stamp February New Release Blog Hop!!
You will be blown away by the cuteness we have in store for you this month!
I am LOVING the new dino set, and can't wait to have a little more time to play with that one!
For today's projects, I have some very sweet girlies to share with you!
First up, the newest cutie from Penny Johnson... this is Jessica with Cupcakes!
This is such a fun set, with lots of cute sentiments and accessories to go with the main image. I've paired it with the new Stitched Circles Dies, which coordinate perfectly with the Circles Dies.
Supplies: Hammermill White CS, Neenah Desert Storm CS, Doodlebug Sugar Shoppe 6x6, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink,
Circles Die Set, Stitched Circles Die Set, Jessica with Cupcakes stamp set, Pop Dots, Copics
I used the Stitched Circles again on my second card, along with the beautiful new Little Darling Jasmine. I've also used the Tiny Stitches Stitched Line Die to add a coordinating stitched border around the edges of the card.
After coloring her hair black, the little jewel band on her head wasn't showing, so I dabbed some Gold Stickles in the places the beads would be, to add just a bit of sparkle!
Supplies: Hammermill White CS, Wausau Black CS, Doodlebug Sugar Shoppe 6x6, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink,
Tiny Stitches Stitched Line Die, Stitched Circles Dies, Circles Dies, Little Darling Jasmine Stamp Set, Pop Dots, Copics

C.C. Designs February Preview - Day 1

It's already time to start sharing previews for the February Release at C.C. Designs!! How is it that January has already passed us by?
I would wish for time to slow down, but then I wouldn't be able to show you these cuties...
Meoples Wingy Things!!!
Oh. My. Gosh.
Just when I thought Meoples couldn't get any cuter!
Supplies: Hammermill White CS, Neenah Desert Storm CS, DCWV Purple CS, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink,
AmyR Winged Greetings, Colorbox Frost White Ink, Peacock Feathers Distress Ink, Dusty Concord Distress Ink,
C.C. Designs Butterfly Stencil, by DIEzyne Stitched Circles, C.C. Cutters Make-a-Card #4,
Doodlebug Lily White Sugar Coating, Pop Dots, Copics
I used the same layout for both cards, and just switched up the colors a bit. I've used 2 of the 4 Meoples images in the set, and also some of the new C.C. Designs Stencils! That's right... you can now get AWESOME stencils by C.C. Designs!
This was a first for me, but I'm hooked!! I've never been a fan of background stamps, because I just can't get them to stamp evenly. With stencils, you just lay it down, and you can see right where the ink is going! And it was so easy to apply two layers of ink... on both cards I started with Colorbox Frost White Ink, then I shifted the stencil just slightly to apply another color on top, leaving a bit of the white shadow peeking out. I love how it turned out, and I can't wait to experiment with these stencils a little more!
Supplies: Hammermill White CS, Neenah Desert Storm CS, DCWV Pink CS, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink,
Colorbox Frost White Ink, Picked Raspberry Distress Ink, C.C. Designs Heart Drop Stencil, by DIEzyne Stitched Circles,
C.C. Cutters Make-a-Card #4, C.C. Cutters Make-a-Card #2 (hearts), AmyR Happy Day Sentiments, Pop Dots, Copics
So, the team has loads of beautiful projects to show you today! Head on over to the C.C. Designs Blog to see what everyone has been up to!

YNS Fun Friday - Thanks!
***FOR THE DOVEART STUDIO BLOG HOP CLICK HERE***
It's time for more Fun Friday inspiration at Your Next Stamp, and I am loving the clean and simple sketch we have for this challenge!

We have a lovely color combo for your inspiration also...

You can combine the two, or use just one for your creation... but you only have one more week to link up for a chance to win a YNS Gift Certificate!
Like I said, I am crazy about this sketch! I changed it up just a wee bit by trimming down the main panel to make a narrow frame for my sentiment. The word is cut from the Scripty Words Die Set out of navy blue cardstock. I added stitching detail to the edges of the layers with the Tiny Stitches Stitched Line Die.
No coloring... can you believe it!?
The sentiment panel is popped up with foam tape for a little added interest.
Supplies: Hammermill White CS, Bazzill Moody Blue CS, Echo Park Splendid Sunshine 6x6, Pop Dots
I'm really happy with how this turned out, and it was soooo simple to make! I think I will put together a little set of these for myself... you can never have too many "thank you" notes on hand!
Be sure to check out the rest of the Design Team inspiration over on the YNS Blog!
