I'm back with another YNS Sneak Peek for you today!

The July New Release Blog Hop starts Saturday at 10pm EST, but the Design Team has prepared some sneaky peeks to hold you over until then.

I've used a super cute new Waddles set called Waddles - Beach Fun.

I colored up Waddles in his floaty to match some Doodlebug Paper, sponged some Tumbled Glass Distress Ink for the water, and popped him up on top. Added a few black Gumdrops from the Spellbound set, and tied the sentiment on with some black burlap string. I love how this sentiment fits perfectly onto the smallest die from the Bookmark/Tag Die Set - Large.

Happy Friday crafty friends!

It's time for a second week of challenge inspiration at Your Next Stamp!

The July New Release is just around the corner, so I thought I'd take this chance to give you an early sneak peek of one of the new sets!

This cutie is Picnic Phoebe...

I've paired her with a scrap of paper from the Simple Stories Sumer Fresh 6x6 Pad, and colored her up to match. The layers of the card are cut with the Stitched Rectangles Dies, and the sentiment is stamped onto the smallest of the Fishtail/Banner Dies Set One.

Make a Splash!

Hi crafty friends!!

It's my turn on the C.C. Designs Blog, and I have some Splashies cuteness with you today! I don't know about you, but I can't get enough of these kiddos!

She is colored up with Copics, and I've paper pieced her little wading pool to match. I added a few layers of grass from the Make A Card Die #13 below the pool, and covered the water with some sparkle from my Wink of Stella Glitter Pen. The layers of the card are cut with the C.C. Cutters Shapers #1 Die Set, and I've inked all of the edges with Memento Rose Bud Ink. The card is finished off with a shimmery ribbon to match.

It's time for our monthly feature at Your Next Stamp, and this time we are focusing on the color

YELLOW!

I love yellow, so this wasn't tough to do!

I created a soft yellow background by sponging Squeezed Lemonade Distress Ink onto the card front, and then stamping over it with the Star Ink Splatter Stamp using the same color of ink. Then I popped up this cute little penguin and his star buddy from the Waddles Rainbow Fun Stamp Set, and covered the star in glitter with my Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen. The layers are cut with the Stitched Rectangles Dies, and I finished it off with a sentiment from Bunny in the River embossed on a banner from the Cool Tag Three Die Set.

It's time for some challenge inspiration at Your Next Stamp!

Here is the lovely sketch we have for you this week...

And a really fun color combo, which is where I found my inspiration this week...

I immediately thought of mermaids when I saw this combination, and I have this sweet Happy Days Mermaids stamp set that hasn't been inked yet! Perfect!! :)

I created the background with Mermaid Lagoon, Tumbled Glass and Twisted Citron Distress Inks. I spritzed the background with some water using my Mini Mister, and then added some of the bubbles from the stamp set after the background had dried. It's cut out with the Stitched Rectangle Die Set, and the colored mermaid is popped up in the center. I've also used some Crystal Stickles to make her tail sparkle!
