Bah! Humbug!
I'm a little behind on my sneak peeks for All That Scraps this week... my kids and I have not been feeling well again. I think we're going on 3 weeks of sickies in my house! It's really been dragging me down, and fitting in any crafting time has been tough.
But, I'm back today (a little late!) with a sneak peek of one of the new Mashi's Muffins images called Tangled Tori. This image makes me laugh... I think we can all relate to the frustration of untangling the Christmas lights! Or, when you finally get them all untangled, and plug them in only to discover that just half of the strand lights up! Yup, I've been there... and this sentiment from the new AmyR set, Funny Xmas, seemed appropriate!

Supplies: ATS Tangled Tori; AmyR Funny Xmas Sentiments; CC Cutters Banner Tags Die;
Memento Tuxedo Black Marker and Ink Pad; Memento Rich Cocoa Ink; Hammermill White CS;
Paper Co. Chocolate CS; Neenah Desert Storm CS; Recollections Jolly Holiday Stack;
Ribbon; Signo White Gel Pen; Redollections Extra Fine Glitter (Snow); Copics
After coloring Tori, I added a little glitter to her Christmas lights to make them "twinkle". Here is a closer look...

Tuesday Morning Sketch #166
Happy Tuesday sketch fans! Melissa has drawn up another fantastic sketch for us to create with this week! Take a look...

When you link up your creation to the Tuesday Morning Sketches Blog, you'll be entered to win a fabulous prize from this week's generous sponsor, Paper Pretties. They were so kind to offer the Design Team a digital image to use for the sketch, so I chose Falling For You Sophia. I love her sweet little face, and she looks so happy raking her leaves! I like the way this card turned out... it has a nice Fall feel, but I think the same card with a different image would make a great masculine card too!

Supplies: Neenah Desert Storm CS; Bazzill Maltball CS; Hammermill White CS; Scrap PP;
Nestabilites Circles; Nestabilities Labels 1; Versamagic Jumbo Java Ink;
Versamagic Wheat Ink; Buttons; Twine; Copics

Gingerbread Cookie Mix
Can you believe it's already October?! Christmas will be here before we know it! Yes, I've got Christmas on the brain thanks to the AWESOME new release this week at All That Scraps! Christine really out-did herself this time!
I'm so excited that the Meoples are back this month, and they are all decked out for Christmas! Today I'm showing you one of my new favorites - this cute gingerbread man from the new Meoples No Peeking set. I used him to decorate up a jar of Gingerbread Cookie Mix. The tag is cut from the CC Cutters Stamp Label Die, and I embossed the bottom half with my Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Embossing Folder. The scalloped circle behind the image is cut from the fabric I used to cover the jar lid, and I also "paper-pieced" his bow tie in the same fabric. The tag is tied on with some braided jute twine.

Supplies: Meoples No Peeking; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Fabric Scraps;
Hammermill White CS; Neenah Desert Storm CS; Jute Twine; Mason Jar;
CC Cutters Stamp Label Die; Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Embossing Folder;
Circle and Scalloped Circle Nestabilities; Copics
Copics Used:
Gingerbread - E43, E42, E41
Cheeks - R20, R00, R000
That's all! Super simple, but a really cute way to dress up a gift! There are LOTS more goodies to show off this week, so I hope you'll be back to check them out! You'll also want to keep an eye on the All That Scraps Blog to see what the rest of the Design Team has been up to!

Lil' Inker September Release Blog Hop - Day 5
Today is the final day of the Lil' Inker New Release Blog Hop, and what an AWESOME week it's been! I hope you've been enjoying it as much as I have! If you have arrived here from Jen Carter's Blog, then you are in the right place. If not, you'll want to start over at the Lil' Inker Designs Blog. Remember, there are hidden prizes on the hop, so be sure to comment at every blog along the way to increase your chances of winning!
My last card for the hop features another new Sugar Kissed Cottage set called Carving Pumpkins. I've colored the image with my Copics (of course!) but I have to admit, I have a REALLY tough time with oranges. I've heard a lot of people say they struggle with blending the reds, but for me, it's the oranges! I don't like the lighter YR's, as they seem a little pink to me, so I feel like I never have enough variation in my shading... maybe I just need more colors! ;) So this time, I tried something different and added a little yellow to the orange for the pumpkins. What do you think??

Supplies: Neenah Desert Storm CS; Wausau Black CS; Bazzill Tangerine Blast, Bazzill Coconut Cream;
