Skating By...
I adore the CC Designs Meoples images, and finally got a chance to ink up this sweet skating girl from the Brrrrrr! set for my card today. Isn't she cute?! And she goes perfectly with this sentiment from the Winter Chuckles set.
Once again, I had a tough time getting the photo to show the glitter, but there is a lot of it on this card! I added sparkle under her feet to give the look of ice, and then added dots of it all around her to look like falling snow. Even the buttons were covered in glue and dipped in glitter! The patterned paper is a digital from Bugaboo, that I've printed on my favorite Hammermill Color Copy 80# Cardstock.

Supplies: Bugaboo Purple Blue Winter Digi Paper; Hammermill White CS; Wausau Black CS;
Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Circle and Scalloped Circle Nestabilities; Snowflake Buttons;

Tuesday Morning Sketch #173
Are you ready to tackle the latest Tuesday Morning Sketch? This week's sketch was designed by my lovely team-mate, Bonnie (aka Grandma Bonnie). Check it out...

As soon as I saw this sketch, I knew I wanted that half circle at the bottom to be a snow mound. And when I was blog-surfing the other day, I visited my friend Deb's Blog, and came across this card she made using felt for the snow! I had one of those "duh!" moments... why hadn't I thought of that?! Finally, with this adorable Skier Slippy image from our sponsor Digital Delights, the whole thing came together!

Supplies: Hammermill White CS; Bazzill Rain CS; Recollections Blue Christmas 6x6 pad; White Felt;
Spellbinders Circle Nestabilites; White Floss; Snowflake Buttons; Foam Adhesive; Copics

Snowman Poop?
Happy Monday stampers! It's my turn for Make It Monday over at the All That Scraps Blog, so I put together a little tutorial on how to make these easy Goodie Bags:

Supplies: Neenah Desert Storm CS; Hammermill White CS; Lilybee Handmade 6x6;
Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Briliiance Moonlight White Ink; Wilton Clear Party Bag;
Scor-Tape; Ribbon; Snowflake Button; Jute Twine; Circle Nestabilities; Copics
Copics Used:
Nose - YR18, YR15, YR12
Arms - E59, E57, E55
Body - C1, C0, C00
I used the Dress Up Snowman to decorate my Goodie Bag, along with the coordinating CC Cutters Snowman Outline Die. His hat and scarf are paper pieced with scraps from the Lily Bee Handmade 6x6 pad that I won from MarkerPOP a while back. The snowflakes are Studio G $1 stamps I've had forever, stamped in Brilliance Moonlight White Ink.
I was thinking of making these for this year's version of Snowman Poop! Last year, I made the popular Tic Tac version, and even though I'm not doing any craft fairs this year, it is fun to have a few on hand for family! :)
Be sure to check out the full tutorial over at All that Scraps!
