I Ruff You!
I'm popping in with just a quick post... I saw this cute card on Pinterest and have had an idea in my head to copy the layout. I used some new YNS goodies to pull it together - Smiley Happy Critters 2 for the image, I Ruff You for the sentiment, and the new Fishtail/Banner Dies. The cute heart pattern is a digital paper from the Clearly Digi Stamps set called Loving Critters.
Supplies: Hammermill White CS; Neenah Desert Storm CS; Bazzill Brick CS; CDS Loving Critters Digi Paper;
YNS Fishtail Die; YNS Stamps; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Paper Piercer; Quilting Thread;
Circle and Scalloped Circle Nesties; Foam Adhesive; Copics - E43, E42, E41, E40
I'm entering this card into a few challenges:

Sugar and Spice or Snips and Snails
It's time for another review of the new January stamps at All That Scraps. Today, the Design Team is showcasing the new Webbie's Words set called Baby Cakes. I'm loving all the baby themed stamps that were released this month! And perfect timing too... we just found out that my sister is expecting baby #2! Still too early yet to know the gender, so I've got it covered either way with my cards today!
I've used the new Swiss Pixie Babies combined with sentiments from the Baby Cakes set to make these cute cards that will be perfect to go with a gift when the time comes. The patterned papers are from old Martha Stewart stacks that I bought years ago when I first started scrapping... I'm trying very hard to put a dent in the stash! Here is the girl version...

Tuesday Morning Sketch #183
It's time for another Tuesday Morning Sketch! Each week at TMS is always loads of fun, but I'm EXTRA excited this week, for a couple of reasons...
First, the new sketch was designed by yours truly! :) How did I do??

And second, one of my very favorite stamping companies is sponsoring this weeks sketch, and I am also lucky enough to be on the Design Team for this amazing company! Big huge thanks to Laura at Lil' Inker Designs for sponsoring us this week! If you haven't checked out the store, you SHOULD! Laura is offering a $10 voucher to this week's winner!
Now onto my card... I used this cutie called Cupid Hamster for my sample. He is just perfect for Valentine's Day!
I ended up squishing the layout into a square, and used a circle rather than an oval to fit the image better. And now it's confession time... I made a big boo-boo after I finished coloring this little guy... I set one of my newly refilled red Copics down on top of the image, and the darn thing LEAKED! Just a small dot, but quite obvious it was not supposed to be there! And of course, red is one of the most difficult colors to remove with the blender! So, not wanting to start over, I stamped another image real quick, colored up a couple extra hearts, cut them out, and glued them "randomly" around the image. :) Easy fix!
Supplies: Hammermill White CS; Neenah Desert Storm CS; Bazzill Brick CS; Bazzill Quartz CS;

That's all for now. I can't wait to see what you do with this week's sketch!

Now, for my fun card for Fun Friday! I used the new rubber stamp set, Mandi, and she's a cutie! I've colored her with Copics, cut her out, and popped her up in front of a die cut circle that I've sponged with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink, and stitched a border around. I stamped the sentiment twice, once onto the blue background, and again on a separate piece of white cardstock, so I could color and paper-piece the heart. And, of course, I glittered up Mandi's wings using my Zig Glue Pen and Recollections Extra Fine Glitter in Snow.

Now, onto my project... I used the new Ellie Loves Kindness rubber stamp set for this cheery little Thank You card. The set includes this sweet Ellie image and two "thank you" type sentiments, but I think she could be used for lots of occasions - birthdays, thinking of you, get well... I love a versatile stamp like this, that I can use again and again! I've colored Ellie with Copics, cut her out, and popped her up in front of a sponged cloudy sky.
