Like A Fairytale
Today the CC Designs team is reviewing the new Sweet November Princesses stamps. I put together a very simple, very pink card... The pretty floral paper is from the My Mind's Eye Happy Day 6x6 pad, and my little princess is colored with Copics to match. I know most of the ladies colored her crown gold, but I'm much more a fan of silver, so I blinged up her crown with some silver stickles. :)

Supplies: Hammermill White CS; Bazzill Pinkini CS; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Circle Nesties;
AmyR Simply Enchantinig Sentiments; Adhesive Rhinestones; Silver Stickles; Copics
Copics Used:
Skin - E11, E00, E000, YR0000, R00

Tuesday Morning Sketch #204
Happy Tuesday crafty peeps! Are you ready for this week's Tuesday Morning Sketch?? It's an easy, clean and simple sketch, designed by *me*...

... and, I'm super excited that we have CC Designs Rubber Stamps sponsoring us this week! (Thanks Christine!!)
This was a pretty easy sketch to work with, so I whipped up TWO samples for you today!
First up, I used Lil Lolita Christina from the Tickled Pink line available at CC Designs. I have to admit, I've kinda overlooked these images before... they aren't the typical "cutesy" style I'm drawn too... BUT, now that I've gotten my hands on one, I'm hooked! She was so fun to color... especially that hair!! After coloring her with Copics, I cut her out, and popped her up on the card. The sentiment is from The Greeting Farm 'Lucky Bunnies' set. I finished it all off with a little stitching.

Supplies: Hammermill White CS; Neenah Desert Storm CS; My Mind's Eye Notable 6x6 Pad; Versafine Ink;
Paper Piercer; Thread; Circle Nesties; Pop Dots; Copics

Jeans, Eyes - BG18, BG72, BG70
Boots - E43, E42, E41
Glasses, Jewelry - C7, C5, C3
For my second card, I used the princess from the new Meoples set 'Once Upon', paired with a funny sentiment from an older AmyR set, 'Magical Wishes'. This cutie is colored with Copics, with a little bit of glitter added to her outfit.

Supplies: Hammermill White CS; Neenah Desert Storm CS; My Mind's Eye Memorable 6x6; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink;
Recollections Ultra Fine Glitter; Zig Glue Pen; Circle Nesties; Ribbon; Copics

My project is sort of an addition to a previous project I shared... you might remember this little 6x6 album I made a few weeks ago for Fun Friday. Well, I decided I needed to make one for each of the kiddos to capture our summer memories, and the new Madison and Austin stamps arrived at the perfect time!!
The albums are 6x6 Chipboard 3-Ring Binders from Maya Road, perfect for the kids to add to as needed. Here is the one I made for Abigail using Madison and the new Wave Border Die... I cut two layers of the waves, and sponged the edges with Versamark Ink. Madison is colored with Copics, fussy cut, and popped up in front of a sky sponged with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink and the Puffy Cloud Dies.
Supplies: Hammermill White CS; Wausau Black CS; Bazzill Artesian Pool CS; Doodlebug Springtime 6x6;
Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Tumbled Glass Distress Ink; Versamark Ink; Pop Dots; Copics

Hair - E57, E55, E31, E30
Inner Tube - BV02, BV01, BV00, BV0000
Fish - YR04, Y38, Y35, Y32
Swimsuit - RV04, RV02, RV00
Here is Elijah's book, using Austin. I colored him with Copics, then masked him with a post-it, so I could sponge clouds behind him also. The ground was drawn in with Copics, and I used the pointillism technique, hoping to give it the look of sand. I used words from the Happy Day Sentiments Clear Set (summer) and Awesome Journal Words Clear Set (fun) to create the title. The finishing touch was adding some Glossy Accents to his goggles and puddle!
Supplies: Hammermill White CS; Wausau Black CS; Fancy Pants Beach Bum 6x6 Pad; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink;
Tumbled Glass Distress Ink; Glossy Accents; Lil' Inker Sun Die; Copics
