Nurse Holly
Happy Saturday crafty friends!!
I'm up on the Stamp Anniething Blog today, sharing sweet Holly - Cheer Up, dressed as a cute little candy-striper!
I used the C.C. Designs Make-a-Card Die #14, but turned the panel sideways, so more of the paper would show on the layer below. The spotted and striped papers are both from the October Afternoon Sidewalks 8x8 Paper Pad, and I've added a sentiment from Lawn Fawn - On The Mend.
Supplies: Recollections Ivory 100# CS, Hammermill Color Copy Cover White 80# CS, Neenah Desert Storm 80# CS,

Texture Dare!
It's time for the Monthly Design Team Dare at Your Next Stamp!!
This is a fun segment we do each month to continue the new release celebration! This month, we've been "dared" to use the February newly release products with
TEXTURE!
I love burlap... LOVE it!! I've made a few different home decor projects using burlap, and I had some scraps saved (because we crafters don't throw away anything we might be able to make something out of, right?!). This was the perfect chance to play around with it on a card!
I've featured the new Whatnot Sentiments Eight set and added the small "you are" words from the Spec-Tacular Phoebe and Friends set. Black ink seemed a little harsh against the burlap, so I opted for the lovely YNS Mocha Premium Dye Ink.
I finished it off with a button to match the paper, and a bit of burlap string. Such a simple card, but I think it's so pretty!!
Supplies: Recollections Ivory 100# CS, Neenah Desert Storm 80# CS, My Minds Eye "Nutmeg" 6x6 Pad,
YNS Mocha Ink, Antique Linen Distress Ink, May Arts Natural Burlap String, Button
If you head on over to the YNS Blog and leave a comment, you'll have a chance to win a YNS stamp set of your choice!

That's all for now!

YNS February 2017 New Release!
Welcome to the YNS February New Release Blog Hop!

I'm so happy you've joined us, because there are so many cute products that you do not want to miss!! I had so much fun playing with the new stamps and dies,,, the new Spec-tacular Phoebe and Friends just might be my new favorite! Just wait till you see all the cute characters and the variety of glasses to dress the up with!!
I LOVE the little teddy bear in the set... I honestly didn't even notice the other critters in the set right away, because I was so drawn to the bear!!
Supplies: Hammermill White Color Copy Cover 80#, Neenah Desert Storm 80# CS, Recollections Back to Basics Stack,
Bazzill Card Shoppe Spearmint Stick CS, YNS Black Olive Ink, Foam Adhesive, Copics
I thought this cute glasses paper from the Recollections Back to Bascis Stack was a good pairing with my little bear. I popped him up on the largest of the Stitched Square Frame Dies, and stamped the sentiment inside the frame.
Now, take a closer look at his glasses...
I cut the glasses out with the Spectacular Phoebe and Friends Die Set using Bazzill Spearmint Stick Cardstock, and popped them up on top of two Crystal Clear Gumdrops! Don't the Gumdrops add such a cute touch to the glasses!?! The large ones were the perfect fit inside this pair!
Up next, I had some fun with the new Rev Up the Fun stamp and dies, and the perfectly coordinating Checkered Edge Stamp! I don't know the slightest thing about racing, but I think this guy is just adorable!! And I have some plans working for the cute racecars in the set too.
Supplies: Hammermill White Color Copy Cover 80#, Wausau Black 80# CS, YNS Black Olive Ink, Tumbled Glass Distress Ink,

Hoppy Friends Sneak Peek
Hey there crafty friends!!
This weekend will be full of cuteness, as its time for the February Release at Your Next Stamp!!
We'll be having our monthly Blog Hop starting at 10pm EST tonight! But to kick things off a little early, how about some sneak peeks??
If you've been a YNS fan for a while, you might recognize the image I'm featuring today... it was released a couple of years ago as a digital image, but Karen is bringing it back as a clear stamp set!!
Here is Hoppy Friends...
These little bunnies are the sweetest!!
I paired them up with some pink gingham paper from the Hugs and Kisses 6x6 Paper Pad, and cut them out using the Circles Die Set.
I stamped the image with Black Olive Ink, and started out coloring them with my Copics, but I wasn't very happy with the contrast (I think I *need* more W's!!), so I added in a little shading with my Prismacolor Pencils.
Supplies: Hammermill White Color Copy Cover 80#, YNS Black Olive Ink, Seam Binding Ribbon, Copics, Pencils
Copics:
Bunnies - W3, W1, W0, W00 and Prismacolor French Gray 50, French Grey 20
Noses, Ears - R81, R30, R000, R0000
That's all I have for now!
Head on over to the YNS Blog for links to all the designers that have prepared a sneak peek for you!

Meet Maggie!

Hi and welcome to Day #3 of
Stamp Anniething's February Release!
We are starting off the new year with a whole slew of adorable new image stamps for your collection!

Meet Maggie!
She's a Hip Steampunk Girl!
Maggie is available in the store NOW along with the other 2 stamps we showed you this week!!
`~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Here is my attempt at a "steampunk" style card with the lovely Maggie... I scoured Pinterest for steampunk inspiration, but in the end, decided to stay true to my clean and simple style...
Supplies: Hammermill White Color Copy Cover 80#, TAC Willoughby Paper Collection, Momenta Clock Die,
YNS Silly Monsters Incognito Stamp (sentiment), Gathered Twigs Distress Ink, YNS Black Olive Ink, Pop Dots, Copics
Copics:
Skin - E11, E01, E00, E000, R30
Hair - E55, E31, E30
Dress - E42, E41
Hat, Ruffles, Shoes - E49, E47, E44, E43
Goggles - Y26, Y21
So... do you notice anything wrong with my card??
I was poking around the craft store a couple of weeks ago, and found this awesome clock die on clearance! I was super excited because I thought it would go perfectly with Maggie... when I cut it out, I was so disappointed that it cut backwards!!! The numbers run counter clock wise, I just didn't realize it when it was in the package! No wonder I got it for so cheap!
I decided to go ahead and use it anyway, but covered it up a bit, so it wasn't too obvious.
Did you notice it before I pointed it out? Just curious...
Well, I hope you enjoyed our February release!
All the stamps we've revealed this week are now available at Stamp Anniething!
Thanks for joining us!!
