YNS Fun Friday... on Saturday
What a crazy week it's been! I've had my schedule so mixed up all week long! I had a dentist appointment that I showed up for a day early, and now I realized I completely forgot to schedule this post, so I'm a day late! UGH!!
So here it is, my Fun Friday inspiration on Saturday! I used Cuties in Flower Pots... another one I've had colored up for a while, and sadly, didn't keep track of the Copics I used. Sorry about that! :(
Suppies: Hammermill White CS, Neenah Desert Storm CS, Bazzill Ocean Breeze CS, Fancy Pants Park Bench 6x6,
Recollections Ivory CS, Pop Dots, May Arts Natural Burlap Twine, Copics
I was a little loose with my interpretation of the sketch this time around, but it was my starting point!

This is the last week to play along in the current challenge at Your Next Stamp... starting next month, we have a few changes in store for you, starting with a BRAND NEW BLOG!!! We will have more to share soon! I can't wait!!!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Bear Hugs!
It's challenge time at Little Miss Muffet, and we've got a really fun theme for you...
"If you go down to the woods..."
I love it! I still remember singing along to that song in kindergarten! I might even remember all of the words... be thankful you can't hear me singing out loud right now! :)
So what does the theme mean?? Interpret it in any way you like... think teddy bears, fairies, or other creatures you might come across in the woods!
I've colored up the sweet Sugar 'n Spice Dolls Jasmine for my card. Not only is she adorable, but she is also one of the many stamps marked down for the enormously HUGE amazing SALE happening RIGHT NOW at Little Miss Muffet Stamps!
Go on... check it out... you know you wanna... :)
Now onto my little creation... I've caught myself using the same color combos over and over again lately, and this is one of them. It's so sweet and girly, I can't help myself! Just another simple layout today, but I used the edge of my MFT Notebook Edge Dienamics to add the stitched borders to each layer.
Supplies: Hammermill White CS, We R Memory Keepers Baby Mine 6x6, SnS Dolls Jasmine, Versafine Onyx Ink,
MFT Pure Innocence Bear Hugs (sentiment), MFT Notebook Edge Die, Pop Dots, Copics
Copics:
Skin - E11, E21, E000, E0000, R30
Hair - E27, E25, E23
Bear - Y28, Y26, Y23, Y21

That is all!
Hope you can play along in the challenge!

The image was finished off with a little bit of sparkle using my Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen.

Lunchbox Notes
***FOR THE YNS BLOG HOP PLEASE SCROLL DOWN***
It's my turn on the Whimsie Doodles Blog today, and I have a really fun and simple project I'm sharing...
I used an older digi set called Halloween Tags to make some little lunchbox notes for my kiddos. I love the cute jokes on these tags, and I thought my kids would get a kick out of finding these in their lunchboxes on Halloween.
(front view - jokes)
This was really easy to do... the digi file includes a "Quick Print" image, with all of the tags already lined up. I just printed the fronts and backs of the tags to fill the full sheet of paper. Once cut, each tag is about the size of a business card.
I simply matted the tags with black cardstock, glued the joke to the front, and the punchline to the back! So easy!
(back view - answers)
The simple little images made for a really quick coloring job, but I forgot to keep track of the markers! So... I don't have a list of copic colors for you this time... sorry about that!
That's all I have for today!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

I gave you a sneak peek of the new Waddles - Snow Fun set last week, and I have another cute card to share today! I love the versatility of this set... it is perfect for Christmas projects, but this little guy with the present can be used for any occasion! My hubby's birthday is in December, so I'm thinking this card might work for him! :)

Hand-drawn heart on tag - 0.1 Black Multilliner
My next card is something out of the norm for me... NO COLORING!!!
Can you believe it?
Cards with a sentiment for the focal point always make me nervous... I usually feel like something is missing, but I LOVE how this one turned out! I found some purple glitter cardstock in my stash, and I thought the snowflakes from the new Winter Fun Tag Die Set would look so pretty cut from it! Of course, everything on my desk is covered in purple glitter now, but it was worth it! I topped each of the snowflakes with a Crystal Clear Gumdrop, and the beautiful sentiment is from the new Whatnot Sentiments Set Three. I stamped it onto vellum, and just wrapped it around the main panel on the card. I think I'm thinking I might make a bunch of these... wouldn't it make a nice thank you card??
Supplies: Hammermill White CS, Recollections Purple Glitter CS, Doodlebug Frosty Friends 6x6, Vellum,
