Today, the design team is getting together for a little After Party to give you one more day of inspiration using the newest YNS goodies!

I saved my favorite set for last... Monkey See, Monkey Do. I've had "a thing" for monkeys since I was a kid, and I just can't resist a cute monkey stamp set (or anything else for that matter)!

I made a simple little gift tag today, combining Monkey See, Monkey Do with the new Stitched Fishtail Tags Two Die Set.

I cut the tag from a piece of paper from the Doodlebug Springtime pad, and stamped the imaged directly onto the tag. Then I stampd it a second time onto white cardstock, colored in the monkey and leaves, and pieced them back onto the tag. I just used a paper lunch sack with a couple of holes cut into the top, and tied the tag on with some braided jute twine. An easy but cute way to wrap up a small gift or party favor!

Happy Saturday everyone!! I'm so glad it's the weekend... it's been a long, busy week, and I'm looking forward to hanging out at home for a couple of days!

We've got a new sketch up at Sketch Saturday...

...I decided to use this sweet sketch to give you a sneaky peek of one of the newest clear stamp sets being released from Your Next Stamp!

This totally adorable image is from a new set called Sweet Baby. I colored it with Copics, cut it out, and popped it up on the card. The skinny fishtails were cut from two different dies from the YNS Banner/Fishtail Die Set. I used a few different patterns from the DCWV Basics 6x6 Stack to cut the fishtails, and topped them with a bow tied from Jute Twine. The sentiment is from the Mommy To Be clear set from YNS.

I was excited to have the opportunity to do a little extra DT project with these stamps each month... they are so cute!

For my first Sister Stamps post, I just HAD to use Li Li! For anyone that follows me, or knows my family, you'll know that my 7 year old daughter Abi is completely obsessed with Pandas! I think if it were possible, she would have a real life baby panda of her own!!

I colored Li Li with Copics in some of Abi's favorite colors, and popped her up on a simple card. The hearts are from the Hearts A Plenty Chipboard Cutouts, and I used the Hearts and Arrow Die to cut patterned paper to adhere to the chipboard.

I colored Lizzie with Copics, cut her out, and popped her up in front of a couple of layered banners. The paper is from the Simple Stories Summer Fresh pad, and I think it looks so pretty against kraft cardstock!
