Kinder-Grad Girls
It's official... my babies are Kindergarten Graduates! I can't believe how quickly the year flew by, but I am looking forward to enjoying summer vacation with them before they are big First Graders!
We had a little party at home with cupcakes, and of course, I had to make them some cards to celebrate the occasion! I started out with a different layout in mind for each of them, but after finishing the first card, I liked it so much, I decided to make the cards the same! The only difference between the two was the hair color... Abi's hair is lighter, Oli's is darker, so I represented that on their cards. I am only going to show you one card though, since they are basically identical. I found this Whimsie Doodles Grad Girl and Kinder Grad Sentiment (which I couldn't find in the store, so it might be retired?) in my digi stamp files... PERFECT! I had forgotten how much I love coloring these adorable digis!

Cute, isn't she?? The alphabet paper is from a school-themed paper pack from Recollections by Michael's. Her gown, hat, and the "U" are all paper-pieced with a print from the American Crafts Hip-Hip Hooray 6x6 pad. I used my Copics to add a little shading to the paper-piecing. She is fussy cut, and popped up in front of the circle. Simple and sweet!!
Entering this into a few challenges:
That's all for now! Thanks so much for stopping by today!!
