My First ATC!
I was recently introduced to the wonderful world of Artist Trading Cards (ATC's) when a fellow stamper invited me to join her ATC swap. I was intimidated at first, because they seemed so small (only 2.5" x 3.5") compared to a full sized card. But it's actually a fun challenge to work on a smaller area! And, I can use the ATC later as the focal point on a full size card... just can't go wrong with that! So here's what I came up with for my first ATC...
Supplies: There She Goes "Under the Weather" stamp set; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink;
Cryogen Curious Metallic White CS; Wausau White CS; DCWV Grade School Stack PP;
Paper Piercer; Pop Dots; Copics (Y38, Y35, Y32, R01)
I used the adorable sun from the Under the Weather set from There She Goes, stamped it onto Cryogen Curious Metallic white cardstock (so it has a little shimmer to it), and colored it with Copics. The clouds were stamped onto Wausau basic white cardstock, then cut out, and they are all popped up on dimensional adhesive dots. I used a paper-piercer to create a little border around the blue dotted cardstock. So simple, but so much fun!
I am entering this into the Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge #29 - "You are my Sunshine"
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
